Parties
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Dall'Italia Partners LLC d/b/a Frontwell ("Provider", "we", "us") and you, the business owner or authorized representative ("Client", "you") who registers for and uses the Frontwell service.
1. Service Description
Frontwell provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist service for salons, barbershops, and wellness businesses. The service includes:
- AI-powered inbound call answering on your behalf
- Call transcription and summary logging
- Appointment scheduling assistance (when calendar is connected)
- Email follow-up and notification on your behalf
- A dashboard for reviewing calls, contacts, and activity
- A dedicated local business phone number
The AI receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant when speaking with callers. It does not impersonate a human being.
2. Subscription and Billing
- Free Trial: New accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
- Subscription Plans: After the trial, service continues under the plan you select. Current plans and pricing are listed at /pricing.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
- Overages: Usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at the per-minute overage rate published on the pricing page.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and current business information (hours, services, policies) so the AI can answer callers correctly.
- Review call activity regularly and flag any issues through the dashboard or by contacting support.
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding business communications, including telemarketing and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. AI Limitations and Disclaimer
The AI receptionist is a technology tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. You acknowledge that:
- The AI may occasionally misunderstand callers or provide imperfect responses.
- The AI will never fabricate business information — when uncertain, it takes a message and offers to have a human follow up.
- The service is not suitable for emergency communications or medical/legal advice.
- Frontwell monitors and tunes AI performance, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI interactions and correcting any business information that may be outdated or inaccurate.

5. Data and Privacy
- Call recordings, transcripts, and caller information are stored securely and accessible through your dashboard.
- We do not sell your data or your callers' data to third parties.
- Data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

6. Phone Numbers
- Frontwell provisions a dedicated local phone number for your account.
- The phone number is leased, not owned. If you cancel your subscription, the number is released and may be reassigned.
- Number porting (bringing your existing number to Frontwell) is available upon request and subject to carrier policies.
7. Service Level
- We target 99.5% uptime for the AI call answering service.
- Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
- In the event of an outage, calls will be forwarded to your designated fallback number when configured.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontwell's total liability for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Frontwell is not liable for lost business, lost revenue, or consequential damages arising from AI responses, service interruptions, or caller interactions.
9. Term and Termination
- This Agreement is effective upon registration and continues until cancelled by either party.
- You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
- We may terminate your account with 30 days' written notice, or immediately if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
